Customer contact centre Eishtec has announced the creation of 250 new jobs by the middle of 2014, adding to its current workforce of 700 people.
Eishtec was founded by Colm Tracey, Brian Barry and Heather Reynolds after the closure in Waterford of Talk Talk. The company started trading in May 2011 with nine employees.
Today’s announcement comes on the back of the company winning a new contract to provide smart phone technical support in the UK for T-Mobile. Recruitment has already started for the jobs, which will be located at Eishtec’s Waterford and Wexford sites.
