Dublin-based mobile marketing company Brandtone is investing over €2m in a research and development (R&D) programme which will mean the creation of 29 jobs. Supported by Enterprise Ireland, the investment is intended to drive Brandtone’s growth in emerging markets and will bring its global workforce to 79 by the end of 2014.

The new investment programme involves a team of technologists and marketeers working collaboratively to develop Brandtone’s next generation of products and services.

These will capitalise on the increasing availability of smartphones in developing and emerging markets, and will draw on the latest advances in behavioural science to provide a more personalised and engaging experience for consumers.
